Where to stay - 4 or 5 star

Hi, hope you can make some suggestions.

We are a family of 8 adults and 2 young children, planning 8 night in the Maldives in February 2010. We are looking for a 4 or 5 star resort with beautiful beaches, stunning views from rooms, a choice of 2 or 3 restaurants. Prefer with 1 hr boat of Male (dad wont take a sea plane!).

We don%26#39;t particularly want evening cabaret, anything overly pretentious or a large resort (over 100 rooms).
