The Beach - Chaaya Dhonveli Island.

Hello.

Does anyone know what the beach is like at this resort and what part of the Island is the best for the beach.

I think I will be staying in beach bungalow 222 on the right hand side of the lagoon (near the water villas.

I was directed there when I asked a question about Dhonveli on this site. It is well worth viewing, has lots of info and photo%26#39;s of all 3 of the Chaaya resorts. Will probably answer lots of the questions that you have already asked on TA. We are off to Dhonveli in November this year.

The Island is very small and crescent shaped, the beach runs along the inside of the curve and so is sheltered in a lagoon which is lovely to swim and snorkel in, there is some rough coral on the beach so it is advisable to take water shoes, we were there last September and are going again in May so that should tell you how much we loved it there
