Hi, can anyone tell me if you can do anything in Male we dont fly untill 2 in the morning and have just been told we check out at noon and fly there at 4pm we are travelling with my daughter who is 9yrs so it sounds like a long day ,thanks John

a lot of people in your situation get a room at the airport hotel to have a place for a nap , shower, changing clothes and storing bags .. take the boat into Male at your leisure for dinner and a long look around .

Can you book the hotel when you are in the Maldives or is it best to book this end we are going to Kuredo so I dont know if it is an option to get the boat ,cheers John

Most UK Tour Opearators offer either the Airport Hotel (Hulhule Island Hotel) or a Malé Hotel at a Day Use rate for late night flight passengers. You could prebook this from Uk or else while on the Kuredu. Hulhule Island Hotel is the best option for convenience, food options etc and also has a free boat every hour to/from Malé, about 15mins journey - but is the more expensive than Malé hotels.

I recommend Mookai if you choose a Malé Hotel as it right beside the seafront and within easy walking distance of the airport ferry jetty.
