thinking of doing one week from 26.12.09 any advice welcome, specifically:
is it worth paying the extra for the water villa? They look nice as have sand/sea close by or do you go for it and do the water villas on the stilts?
Is it worth doing AI vs FB? we like having a few drinks before/after dinner and lots of water during the day what would we expect to roughly pay per day
Is a week enough or is it that great and you dont get too bored that you need 2 weeks? Its c 1400 more for an extra week

The water villas at Meeru are built on the shoreline so are half in and half out of the water. They are in the process of being upgraded by the addition of a jacuzzi.
The existing over water Jacuzzi Water Villas are larger and are built out over the lagoons.
