Sun Island Question

We will be going to Sun Island the middle of April.Does anyone know if this is peak season. I%26#39;ve been told that we may have to share a table at meal times, if they are busy.Which im not to keen on.

Sun Island Question

Daisy,

regardless of peak season-which its not , you do not have to share a table if you do not want to.On your first visit to the restaurant, just state to the head waiter or he who is allocating tables-you want to be alone a little tip $10-20 will also help.

Sun Island Question

Peak season goes until the end of April as I understand it. In addition I would assume that the ';middle'; of April would probably be busy due to the Easter (spring) holidays in Europe. Cant speak to the issue of sharing tables although I would assume that this would depend to some degree how early/late in the meal schedule you choose to eat.

I have been to %26#39;my%26#39; Sun island 4 times and never had to share a table, and all visits were in peak time Feb/March. The restaurant is huge and I never seen it ALL being used. With Maldives suffering a slight slump in vistors I suspect it won%26#39;t be full. Again as rumps says, a litle tip to the main guy, see where they seat you, then asked to be moved to an edge seat with the view of the sea!
