Hi,
I`m looking to stay in the Maldives for my honeymoon in September. Some of the musts are :
All Inclusive - Would prefer an island which also includes cocktails in the All inclusive package if possible.
Water Villa
Budget is 拢8k total. Which island would you recommend ? I have no preference over Small, Medium or Large island, just would like something with the ';wow'; factor.
Thanks !

you run into one problem .. as a very general rule the top end island with ';wow factor'; don%26#39;t do all inclusive and most islands%26#39; AI don%26#39;t usually includes a large range of coctails .
8k total... for 2 people, one week?
sun island has watervillas and different AI packages ... so does Kuredu .. but i am not sure about the ';wow'; thing .

Reethi Beach does a list of cocktails on the AI but this is not a luxury island. it would be well within your budget though. The %26#39;wow%26#39; factor is the island itself and if you haven%26#39;t been to the maldives before then when you step of the sea plane it is WOW.
If you go to the more luxury island they don%26#39;t usually do AI and drinks and meals can soon add up.
you will get plenty of help from this forum.

Hi
Check out Lily Beach. It has recently been completely refurbished and is reopening soon as a luxury AI resort.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Lily Beach looks fab, but a quick price check at Hayes and Jarvis shows 拢10k for the two weeks in a water bungalow, so out of my budget.
Reethi Water Villa`s look a little tired, so I think thats out.
Kuredu looks good however, anything else I should know about this island ?
Hi
Have you looked at Komandoo? They have WBs and you can upgrade to Gold AI, which does include cocktails.

We stayed at Kanuhura in September - The Island def. has the WOW factor that you are looking for.
They don%26#39;t do All Inclusive option, however they do have a full board option - which incs all the fantastic restaurants.... personally I think this works out more epxinsive than just paying as you go.
We stayed for 2 weeks on a B%26amp;B basis, with beautiful food, drink and lots of spa treatments and activities for just over 8k.
We looked at the water villas however with little outside space we prefered the Beach Villas, which were very private with stunning beachfront location.
We booked via travel councellours.
Have fun!
