The title pretty much says it all. I booked and paid by CC for a DIRECT flight on 28th July from SIN to MLE that apparantly they do not have! On my confirmation details it states what I booked, however, when I click on the krisflyer `check your flight details` it states the flight is on the 27th, when they DO have a direct flight! (on the 28th they only have flights via other cities)
Now the problem is that this is for my honeymoon!
We live in tokyo and are going to go from tokyo to maldives. We havent booked the tokyo to singapore section yet, hoping to get a cheapish flight with singaporeair on the A380. We could theoretically fly on the 27th and have an extra day in MLE (the capital of maldives - nothing really there though and accommodation booked only from 29th) , but were hoping to have a night and day in singapore.
The reason I noticed this is that Singapore tried to call me today to presumably talk to me about there mistake.
Does anyone have any experience with this and what should I expect to hear and/or say?
Really hope they don`t fudge our honeymoon plans...

Of course if they have done a mistake they have to refund the complete cost if you so wish...
Focus on what do you want and then get it... it%26#39;s gonna be your honeymoon, don%26#39;t let those things put you in a bad feeling

forgot to say that whatever you agree with them (refund, change date.....etc...) make sure to have it in written.

Why dont you call them? I had a problem with a flight I had booked and they were extremely helpful!
