Velassaru - Fully Booked For First 2 Weeks In March

Can you believe it? I just called them up and asked if I can book a room and they said that they are fully booked?! Not sure if they are making this up, as Kuoni appear to have availabilty......

something strange going on!

Just called Destinology and they are going to call me back....

Just got a call back from Destinology and they have sold their allocation for the March %26amp; April! I%26#39;m assuming the hotel sells allocations to a few agents and keeps a number of rooms to sell itself.....it appears that the hotel has sold it%26#39;s allocation for early March......incredible that a new resort is selling so quickly!

I can%26#39;t wait now!

2 weeks ago we were ringing around for quotes and Destinology told me there was no availability for April at all with any agent - all sold out - they also told me they had called the resort direct to get me a room but told me no one had any rooms left %26amp; the resort was now fully booked.. BUT

Bluebay tavel had lots of availability left so we booked with them!

Destinology it would seem had sold their allocation and told us a fib to get us to book an alternative island with them!

I find it amazing that a new resort is fully booked from day 1.....at least there will be lots of reviews soon!
