Have been to Fihalhohi twice...will I like Angaga??

Hi....after our 2 trips to Fihalhohi and loving the place we are trying to decide where to go for our 10 year anniversary next year....Maldives is out this year as we had already booked for Egypt for my 40th in June....

I have had my eye on Angaga for a long time and really like the look of the place and the reviews look good...apart from the one recent bad one...

My husband is reluctant to try another island but he is a diver so surely some different dive sites would be good too????

Very nervous to try another island but so so want to go to Anagaga

if you liked fihalhohi , you are going to be in utter bliss on angaga .. and hubby will be thrilled with the dive sites . you are trading up on all levels - definitely gor for it!

After going to Fiha shortly after your first time,we loved it too,but then last year tried Komandoo,have to say accomodation %26amp; food wise it put Fiha in the shade a bit. So think you will love Angaga,its an island that is on my list.Think Susie from the Fiha forum is going there this year ( where hasn%26#39;t Susie been, or going!!!LOL)I would say go for it, try a different island,just so you have a comparison,Fiha is lovely with such laid back charm,but it is 3*.

Jo - you can tell hubby that the south ari atoll is commonly considered to have the best diving in the maldives . having dived the area quite extensively myself , i agree . manta point alone should keep him in awe ..

Angaga is an absolute gem .. you won%26#39;t miss fiha. that%26#39;s a promise :)

We go to Angaga in 3 weeks. You have just turned up the excitement dial yet another notch. Think I might explode soon.

i envy you , Wid - i will be next door on mirihi .. but , alas , i still have to wait :(

however .. i don%26#39;t think exploding is recommended as a proper preparation for the trip .. grins .. have a fantastic time !

Jo .. i think most tour operators take pre-bookings .. when the catalogue comes out ,you then have the option to confirm or take it back . yes, angaga fills up very fast.. i would look into prebooking options.
